As much as I'd like to channel an ostrich and bury my head in the sand, I can't deny that the school year is fast approaching. I know many states have already started but I'm not going back into my classroom to organize until the end of next week. Our professional development starts the week after and my new group of munchkins arrives on the 26th.
In preparation for the school year, I've been revising a lot of old forms: bathroom logs, small group accountability forms for the students, posters, etc.
In order to help others from "reinventing the wheel" so to speak, I've made these forms available for purchase on my TpT store. I removed my name from all of them, so they can work in any classroom.
I designed them for my fifth grade room, but I think they're appropriate for upper elementary and middle school.
