This week I had the privilege of being named DEN Community Member of the Week.

I am honored and humbled by the acknowledgment for my hard work in the classroom.

I am a Mickelson Exxon-Mobil Teaching Academy Alum (MEMTA), Teach for America (TFA) alum, George Washington Teacher Institute alum, DENstar and mildly overwhelmed participant in DENSI 2013 & 2015. I have done a lot of professional development with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and still do not know what I want to be when I grow up.
